It will give women the ability to relax and manage stress while going through treatment.
It is a resource to further educate women regarding breast cancer. It will serve as a reminder to women that their self-care is important not only for them but also for their family.
My Personal Story:
When I received my first Mammogram, I was by myself and honestly afraid, in a cold room , on a table with a paper
robe. I wanted my husband with me however no men are allowed in the back.
As a child, I would find comfort in two things
1. Singing and 2. Praying. So when they called me to come back for a second opinion, I took my praying teddy bear
with me and I held on to that bear with every step I took and with every breath I breathed and it gave me so much
comfort. I gave it to one of the ladies that was crying in the back before I left. She smile and stated “ she was all
alone and this is exactly what she needed”. I knew right then and there, I want no other women, man, child to feel
alone.

Every box is mailed or delivered with a praying teddy bear. A product of the orders are a surprise. The box filled with 5 - 8
full-sized, premium products valued at over $150 per each box. We can have the items in the waiting room of cancers centers or
they are mailed to individuals, per the request.
